Chieti Carbon UD Front Wheel

The Chieti Carbon UD front wheel is developed for track cycling and fixed gear applications where structural stiffness, bearing precision, and high-speed stability are required.

The 60 mm UD carbon rim profile optimizes aerodynamic penetration and enhances directional stability on the velodrome. The construction ensures uniform stress distribution and predictable behavior under load.

The MazasTrabocchi front hub is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, with controlled tolerances and precise alignment. The sealed bearing system ensures low friction and smooth rotation, even under intensive use conditions.

The wheel is built using high-strength Italian ACI spokes, manually tensioned and trued to guarantee lateral stiffness, structural stability, and durability in competition environments.

Designed for track competition and technical fixed gear use.
