Product Description

The Trabocchi 1/8” Fixed Cog is a drivetrain component designed for track and fixed gear bicycles, engineered for mechanical rigidity and compatibility with single-speed 1/8” chain systems.

Manufactured from CNC-machined 1045 steel, the cog provides consistent structural integrity and accurate dimensional tolerances suitable for track, urban, and fixed gear applications. CNC machining ensures proper tooth profile and concentricity, contributing to smooth and direct power transfer when installed on a compatible threaded hub.

The cog undergoes a thermochemical sulfinized treatment to improve surface hardness and wear resistance. A QPQ (quench–polish–quench) finish enhances corrosion resistance and reduces surface friction, supporting long-term durability under regular riding conditions.

Available in 15T, 16T, and 17T configurations, allowing riders to select the appropriate gearing ratio depending on acceleration preference or cruising speed requirements.
