General description

The Madison RED Contrast hub set is designed for track and fixed-gear bicycles. The front and rear hubs are not forged; they are CNC machined in multiple processes from solid 6061 aluminum bars and assembled with sealed 6000ZZ , The full red finish is achieved through anodizing (not paint), an electrochemical treatment that hardens the aluminum surface, improves wear and corrosion resistance, and preserves color stability over time without altering machining tolerances. Cartridge bearings. This version incorporates an Allen axle adjustment system, allowing precise axle adjustment and secure wheel installation.

The rear hub is compatible with fixed cog or freewheel configurations, depending on the user’s setup, using standard track threading.
