Mazas – Hub, MADISON CUSTOM

Random customization process, a personalization work based on a design made in an artistic and random manner. These components are made from 71mm round bars of 6061 aluminum. The hub shells undergo four different machining processes before completion, resulting in our fixie track hubs with a double bright polished finish. Featuring sealed and shielded 6000ZZ bearings for lightness and smooth spinning.

- Front:

  - Flange diameter: 70 mm

   - Hole spacing: 100 mm.

- Rear:

    - Flange diameter: 70 mm

    - Hole spacing: 120 mm

    - Freewheel threading: 35 mm diameter x 24 TPI

    - Fixed gear threading: 35 mm - 1.375" x 24 TPI.

- Chain line:

    - Locking thread: left ISO 33 mm (1.299") x 28 TPI.

- Cog threading diameter:

    - 14 or 15 teeth freewheel: 30 mm x 26 TPI.
