Technical Specification

The Madison Polished rear hub is designed for fixed gear, singlespeed, and track bicycles, offering reliable and well-finished components with a purely technical approach.

The hub is CNC-machined through multiple processes from round bars of 6061 aluminum (non-forged), ensuring dimensional precision, structural strength, and durability. It undergoes three stages of bright polishing before final quality control to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.

The hub is equipped with sealed 6000ZZ ball bearings, providing smooth and consistent rotation.

The rear hub features a fixed – track – flip-flop / singlespeed system, allowing the use of a fixed cog or freewheel depending on the configuration chosen by the user.
