Technical Description

The Madison Red Contrast Set is intended for track, fixed gear, and urban-use bicycles. The hubs are manufactured from solid 6061 aluminum round bars, not forged, through multiple CNC machining processes (non-forged), ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and durability.

A distinctive feature of this model is the additional machining and bright polishing process on both sides of the flanges, which creates the visual contrast between the red anodized (not painted) hub body and the polished surfaces, while maintaining precise tolerances at the spoke support areas. Anodizing is a treatment that hinders surface wear and corrosion, preserving color and finish under intensive use without altering tolerances.

Bearings
