General Description

The MADISON CUSTOM hubs are designed for track and fixed gear bicycles, developed through a random customization process. Each unit is the result of an artistic and non-repetitive personalization, where the final design is defined by the manual and aesthetic work applied during machining and finishing.

These components are machined from solid 71 mm round bars of 6061 aluminum, with  NO forging processes involved, ensuring dimensional precision and structural consistency while preserving visual variation inherent to the custom concept.

Axle Adjustment System

This model features an axle adjustment system with bored axle ends:

Axles bored at both ends, with 30 mm depth

Adjustment bolt:

Diameter: 6 mm
