FULL RED HUB SET

Hub set for track, fixed gear and singlespeed bicycles, developed and manufactured by Mazas Trabocchi.

Madison hubs are machined from solid 6061 aluminum round bars through multiple CNC machining processes (not forged), ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and long-term durability.

The Full Red finish is achieved through anodizing (not paint), a surface treatment that improves resistance to wear and corrosion while preserving color and finish under intensive use, without affecting dimensional tolerances.

The bearing system uses low-friction 6000ZZ sealed cartridge bearings, providing smooth, stable rotation with minimal internal resistance. This configuration supports consistent mechanical efficiency under track and urban riding conditions.

The rear hub features a fixed–track–flip-flop / singlespeed system, allowing the use of either a fixed cog or freewheel, depending on the rider’s configuration.

Bearings

The set uses low-friction 6000ZZ sealed cartridge bearings in both front and rear hubs.These bearings feature dual metal shields, reducing the entry of dust and contaminants while preserving internal lubrication. This configuration ensures stable and consistent rotation, low maintenance requirements, and reliable durability in both urban and track use.
