Technical Description

Hubs for track, fixed gear, and singlespeed bicycles, developed and manufactured by MazasTrabocchi.

Madison hubs are precision CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum round bar (not forged), ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and long-term durability. The full black finish is achieved through anodizing (not paint), a treatment that reduces surface wear and corrosion while maintaining color and finish under intensive use without altering tolerances.

The bearing system uses low-friction 6000ZZ sealed bearings, providing smooth, stable rotation with minimal internal resistance, ideal for maintaining mechanical efficiency under all riding conditions.
